Successful completion will earn candidates the official Microsoft Certifications MB-910: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and MB-920: Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.

What will I do?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a portfolio of business applications that enables organisations to deliver operational excellence and create engaging customer experiences. Topics include Supply Chain Management, Finance, Commerce, Human Resources, Project Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Field Service.
Course materials are studied remotely and at your own pace through the Microsoft Learn portal. Materials are a mixture of videos, reading and labs. Unlimited practice exams are included, and you will sit the final exam remotely whilst being supervised by a member of staff. This is a globally recognised and industry-endorsed Microsoft Certification.

Are there any entry requirements?
MB-910: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Candidates for this course should have a fundamental understanding of customer engagement principles, business operations, and general computer skills.
MB-920: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Candidates for this course should have general knowledge of or relevant working experience in an Information Technology (IT) environment. They should also have a fundamental understanding of financial principles and business operations.

We work with Microsoft to deliver these qualifications and cover the following areas:

How much will I have to study each week?
A minimum of 5-6 hours study per week will be required to pass both exams within 12 weeks. Individual students working in the IT industry may have enhanced subject knowledge and in this case we can arrange for the exam to take place sooner.
How will my progress be monitored?
You will be allocated to a specialist Digital Coach to review progress.
You will complete the modular Learning Paths to assess your performance.
You will attempt the Pre-Assessment activity online via MeasureUp (Microsoft’s official practice test website) to ensure you are ready to take the final exam.
All assessments will take place online with the final exam being monitored by a member of staff.
