What is an Apprenticeship?

If you’re keen to get into the world of work and learn key skills on the job, then an apprenticeship could be the perfect route to kickstart your digital career. It can take from one to four years to complete, depending on the qualification, and involves part-time study at the SCIoT alongside working with an employer.

There’s no upper age limit to study an apprenticeship, so it’s perfect if you’re just leaving school or college, looking to make a career change, or to develop in your current role. You can also explore digital apprenticeships that allow you to earn while you learn.
